i was in asix years realtionship with my boyfriend from kenay unfortunately i had to go abroad for further studies while there we were communicating reagularly and planned to get married as soo as we settled, we got married two years ago in the registry office in kenya while i was still based abroad, two months later i found out that he was unfaithfully, sleeping around with women and saying he was single i finally caught him in the act when i went back for holiday and that was the end of our relationship and marriage, we have never lived together i always live abroad while he lives in kenya would this gives we afair ground in divorce courts and any idea hoe kenya divorce courts works help.............. i need to get away from this lying cheating bustard,,,,,,

Or alternatively, file for divorce, inform the embassy and the embassy will hunt down the bastard and force him to sign the papers.
