My wife has polycystic ovaries whether she will get child in future?

• hi good morning my wife is suffering from polycystic ovarie pblm, she is getting abnormal mensus ,and she is increasing and decreasing her weight frequently and she is not getting a sleep at nights.and the polycystic probelm is suffering from her family .her mother ,and her mothers mother is also suffering from same pblm,but they got children .and now her age is 20.and she is suffering from migrane pblm.this is also a heriditary pblm of her family .and she was getting mensus abnormally once in six months ,when the menus will come the bleeding will stays until 20 days .now recently she got mensus .and she suffered the bleeding pblm for 45 days .whether thier is any good treatement for the disease.whether we will get children in future . now she is taking homeopathy treatement whether it is curable .if we need to get children what are the proper steps to be taken by us.one more question ? but my wifes mother is suffering from polycystic ovaries pblm ,she was getting menus once in six months .but she got 3 children.and her mothers mother was facing same pblm but she god 8 children ,it was going heridatary pblm .why cant my wife will give birth child in future ?and iam so depressed .abt this pblm but iam thinking abt our families thats it .whether we need to get child in future better show me the right way ,but thier is no option of adapting of child .because both families are very restricted thats the pblm,if i go for any operation can we get child ,iam not thinking abt money .but we need to get children thats it .whether migrane pblm is also a heridatory pblm.whether it is affecting in future to stop pregnency.plz suggest me the advance treatement i will go for any country for treatement .plz its my request bj
