How do i reply to my own question?

I need help asap!! how to reply to her this question?

  • So I've been in love with her for about a year, we decided to stay away of each other because my temper is very "strong" I made her feel bad with things that I assumed or I just didn't know how to react on fights. Time passed and I told her that nothing will make me forget bout her. I really make some improvements, I have changed and I want things to work. How to reply to her why I still want to know about how she's doing why I still care about her? I want to say it in a way that she don't feel pressure.

    It's kind of hard to say something nice to someone after you've already hurt them. I don't think there are words to say what you want to. If I were you, I'd stay quiet. You did the damage. Now give her time to heal. Saying something now would be like putting a band-aid over a bullet wound. You may not want to give her time but I don't think she wanted your hurt.
