How do you file a complaint to Disneyland?

Where in Dubai can I file a complaint if I learned that my husband is cohabiting with another woman?

My husband and I are not UAE nationals, but my husband works in Dubai while I stay in our home country. About 2 years ago a woman called me up and had the nerve to tell me that she was having sexual relations with my husband in Dubai.. My husband didn't deny it when I asked him but he asked for my forgiveness and told me that he already ended the affair. But the woman would not stop pestering me, she keeps sending me messages via cellphone that they are still together. My husband vehemently denies it and tells me they are not together anymore.. I am perfectly aware that cohabitation between unmarried couple are illegal in Dubai..I want to file a complaint against the woman for pestering me, I know what she's doing is illegal. I have proof to show, her text messages telling me she's living with my husband,and her numerous calls. Please give me information where to file this kind of complaint if I am from another country and will not be physically present in Dubai to file my complaint.
