Where can I get fireworks in Orange County?

Grounds of moving out of the county in which a 50/50 custody order stands?

  • I have 50/50 custody of my daughter and I was told by her fathers lawyer that I can not move outside of the county in which we live. I wish to move 60 miles away from where we like now and I feel like my current lawyer doesn't want to listen to what I want to do. I want full custody of her or at the least 60 or 70%. but someone mentioned to me that if I were to get married or get a job offer that is better than my current job I would be able to move. I would like to know if either of these statements are true. also the 50% of my time with her I am working so I hardly get to see her & her dad gives me a hard time about changing the order we have now bc he wants to see her everyday. it's too much for my daughter to go back and fourth to both houses each day. a lot of times she does not want to go with him and he still takes her and he never brings her home at the ordered time. I want her to be in a more stable environment. he also teaches her racial slurs and let's her play with sparklers and poppers and fireworks and watch rated r movies that she def shouldn't be watching. let me mention that she has just turned 3. any advice would be greatly appreciated! thank you!! also I live in PA. I know that matters bc laws differ in each state.

  • Answer:

You can not move without written consent of the other parent. Just because you want it or think its better doesn't always make it so.
