What is French for "entitled?

Defacto separation with kids what am I entitled to?

  • 3 months ago I separated from my defacto partner of 4 years. We have 2 children together. Last year we bought a house however my name was not on the title because we couldn't get finance Approval with my name on it because I have a credit default on my record. The mortgage came out of his account. My wages covered all groceries, child stuff like nappies, clothes etc, fuel and car expenses and some bills. I left the home and have the children 5 nights a week. He has them 2. We are currently going through CSA to sort the child support. When I left I just wanted out. I took the bed, some drawers a tv and couch. He got everything else. Not that I didn't want more. He just wouldn't let me. But now he still owes me money and I have had it. I am prepared to go to court for anything and everything I am entitled to. My question is: In western Australia what am I entitled to? We were registered with centrelink/ family assistance etc as defacto for 4 years, lived together all that time, have 2 children. With my name not on the title of the house Am I still entitled to any of the equity or contents? Thanks in advance.
