Can someone search for email online? How does one do that?

Can someone help me with using intelius search for people?

  I think you should better use some agency, since you're ready to pay. There may be many frauds out here, so it's quite not good to ask help from yahoo :) In europe there's many agencies who help you find lost people or so on.. try to contact with some.
