How should I tell my friends that I was raped?

• I am 13. In 2010 I was raped by my older sister's ex boyfriend. I told my parents and everything.. it was really hard for me. I used to not be able to talk for a long time without crying. I cannot sit through movies about love without bursting into tears. It's so hard to even think about. Anyway, I feel like my friends are starting to notice that I'm hiding something really big from them. They are starting to not really respect that I'm not ready to tell them things. But a lot of other things are changing and I feel like I should just tell them, because it would be letting them know why I've never had a boyfriend and why I struggle with getting close to people. How should I go about doing this though? We are planning to have a talk about everything soon. But I know I won't be able to tell them everything without bawling my eyes out. The boy that likes me is hurt because he knows that there are things I don't tell him. And he really opened up to me and told me everything. He even said "You know who I am.. I don't know who you are.." :/ He also said "I won't wait forever for you to tell me..." I don't even want to tell them..but how am I supposed to tell them that? Please don't tell me to just tell them like I told my parents.. Because that was totally different. I was younger and I was scared so I just told them what he made me do. I will not tell my friends all of that. I just need to know how to tell them basically what happened to me or a way to tell them that it's none of their business and that it's personal. Thoughts?   Well I Think you should find your closest friend and tell them the truth therefore someone will always be on your side and DEFEND YOU
