What improvements does your house need? Think everything from heating and insulation to manufacturing please?

Can somebody please tell me everything that i need to have after i buy a house?

  Not sure if you are referring to everything, and did you have a house or apt. before. If not, you need things for the kitchen, food , dishes , table and such. Bathrooms- towels, washclothes, shower curtain , rugs and such , toiletries. Bedrooms- bed, bedding, furniture. Living room- couch, chair, end tables Lots of things, u should just sit down and think about each room, and make a list. Hope this helps. Oh, and plenty of money in your bank acct.
