• Whats up with this: So over the past couple of weeks I asked the following questions: (To a friend of us both who doesn't know I like the guy I do): Does anyone like me, His response: sorry, not that I know of. (to a friend of us both, that does know I like the guy I like): I don't think he could ever like me, So I'm understandably disappointed., His response: I don't know about him liking you, but I think he'd go to the dance with you. Does he like me despite this: Anyway this guy he's the star football player (Quarterback) at our school and we talk in school and on facebook and stuff, not a lot though. I didn't think he liked me until just recently when he asked if I was going to homecoming, I just said yeah, he didn't ask if I was going with anyone, also we have a few inside jokes already (I've known him for less then a month) and it's kinda weird because sometimes he's like ridiculously friendly and sometimes he seems slightly angry almost like he's pissed at me (I have no clue why) after one of his football games that they lost, I went up to him and he just seemed really nervous and was like "um well... thanks for coming." and he looked down and seemed really nervous, then he was really excited to see me come in when I was sick and came back. When it looked like I couldn't come to one of his games he looked kind of upset (I did make it to the game, by the way) and then I wrote a paper and he was reading it and then laughed really hard and said 'Woah that's hilarious" about something I didn't think was that funny. Over the past couple of weeks he's kept switching between really nice, friendly and bordering on flirty to really nervous and annoyed with me. Also I went with him to one of his soccer games and the whole team and a few of the girls that wanted to watch took a trip there and back and multiple times during the day he kept saying hi to me. I have no Idea why and this is confusing me. When I was talking to one of my friends I got my phone out to show him (My friend, also a football player) something while he (guy I like) was just standing close and after I took out my phone and showed my friend what I wanted to show him, he (guy I like) grabbed it and was like "wow is this your phone, it's so cool", this could just be because he doesn't have a phone though and it is kinda a cool phone. He doesn't show any signs of liking me in normal ways (i.e. Not always trying to talk to me, not putting me on a pedestal, not staring at me.) also I can't ask him out because he can't date till he's 18 and we are both currently 14 (freshman). I'm friends with his sister too, and we hang out together, so does he like me, and if so what should I do. If you go and cover every point on this question I guarantee you best answer.
