Where can I find a good Pen Pal program?

  • I've been wanting to join a Pen Pal program, but it isn't for a school project or activity. I've been looking around and I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I'm a young girl, living in America, looking for people from 13 to 18 in age. I don't care where the Pen Pal is located. I want them to be able to speak english well enough so we could communicate without a lot of difficulty. I would prefer an e-mail communications type thing, but I can also write the actual letters back and forth. Can anyone recommend a program that would be good for me?
