How do I stop myself from getting frustrated and crying?

So basically this happens to me a lot, and I don't know how to control it. Like my Mom constantly tells guests and other people stuff about that ticks me off, and even though I had already told her a million times before not to say it or do it, she still repeatedly does. At the moment, when she is mentioning it, it ruins my mood and I think about it the whole time. When I get home, and talk to my Mom about it, she then points things out that I shouldn't do. To make myself feel better I scream at her, to let her know that this happens all the time and she needs to stop. But after a while of talking to her, I start crying and it's uncontrollable. I really want to stop crying at that moment, and not let myself seems so vulnerable. I tried many tips to help me stop crying but it doesn't work. How do I make myself feel less frustrated, because the smallest things make me angry and force me to cry.

I'm the Same way it's really hard to stop it's just ur hormones going crazy and so your more sensitive to other stuff. If this happens just keep yourself busy like text someone or go to your room and doo something you enjoy, like reading a book or just anything to keep u from crying.
