My Mom Recorded Some Of My Basketball Game Film With Her iPhone, I Cant Transfer It To Window's Movie Maker?

Every Time I Try To Upload It To Windows Movie Maker It Says: "The file C:\Users\iTunes\Desktop\Highlight Tape\Offense13.mov cannot be imported because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your computer. If you have already tried to download and install the codec, close and restart Windows Movie Maker, and then try to import the file again." Can You Help Me? What Does This Sign Mean?
