Anyone Know Any Good Video Editing website or downloads?

Windows Live Movie Maker does a fine job if you don't need any special effects. It has plenty of different dissolve options and you can add music too. If you want to "test drive" Adobe Premiere, you can download it for a 30 day trial of the whole product.
