Im tired but i have clean how can i get more energy?

My legs hurt HORRIBLY because i exercised extra long today because i skipped my exercise routine yesterday sadly and im extremely tired i have tried eating candy (i know not the best to eat at night) and a full cup of coffee..I still feel like crap.. but i have to clean my room which is huge and a f*cking pigsty and it looks like a f*cking barn yard and i have to clean the kitchen and PLUS i have school tomorrow but i have to do these cause they are my chores i know i know well then just tell your mom "i was tired and i didn't want to stay awake late and be tired at school and blah blah" look i would tell her that but she is paying $35 for doing this and i really need the money (i'm trying to save up for some new ice skates and im at that age where i cant get a job like be hired but where my mom wants me start saving my own money and buy my own things..im 14) i cant go out because its to late and i don't have any money to buy any energy stuff or whatever... i have taken ibuprofen for my legs i still feel as i said like sh*t how can i get more Energy I dont have any medicines except advil and ibuprofen and a daily vitamin for women (lol) seriously i dont even like coffee i honestly think its nasty but it was my last resort im pretty sure if i hadnt drinked it i would be passed out by now snoring on my bed...please list some ways to get some energy...fast...besides dunking your head in cold water im honestly just thinking of going to sleep then waking up VERY early (like or 4am or 5am) to finish cleaning...please help..

Well darling, you are not feeding your body right at all :) You cannot run your body off of candy and coffee. You kidding me? Try some fruit, (citrus helps keep you alert), some veggies (green and leafy like spinach and kale) and some grains. As for your legs you shouldn't take anything else for awhile since you've already taken the ibuprofen. Plus shouldn't your muscles just be sore if you were working out? if you have serious pain you might be in trouble. Good luck, say a prayer! hope you can stay awake.

Go to bed and get some sleep the cleaning isn't going anywhere. Just don't let it slide when you are feeling better. Don't get caught up in taking pills to help you do this or that. One day you will find that you can't do jack without taking them, then you will be sorry. Get some sleep..... good night.

Turn the AC down so that it's really cold, turn on ALL the lights, play some music REALLY loud.

What I do when my legs get tired and I have to clean is to bring a chair with me and you can wash dishes sitting down or sit down when you have to. Be sure you take a multivitamin daily and Vitamin B12+B6 (basically all the B vitamins) will keep you energized. Better than coffee. Sugar only keeps you wired for a little while and then when the 'sugar wire' dies down, you get really tired and sleepy.
