Need help with messed up internet?

I really need your help.?

  • I reached a level of desperation that no one can imagine. I tried so many things to over come my problem, but nothing lasts longer than a week! I really REALLY need your help. My problem is that I spend a lot of hours (6-12 hours daily) on the internet, surfing the web, you know random websites, Twitter, Facebook, or Youtube. I also watch TV shows and movies online. Sometimes I watch porn as well. My masturbation is a completely different story. Now spending all those long hours facing the computer I get nothing done. I have a job that requires a lot of preparation and at-home work, but I cannot accomplish anything. I thrive on last-minute tasks. I do things seconds before their deadline is due. While sitting on the computer doing trivial things, mostly watching TV shows online, I have to snack on something. I must fix some popcorn, have some candies, chocolates, café lattés, you name it. I can’t sit without pinging on food. My weight has dramatically increased because of that. I’m almost overweight. My jeans don’t fit anymore. My room is really messy. Popcorn is everywhere, clothes are on the floor, nothing in its place. My treadmill is used as a hanger now. It’s not even visible with all that clothes over it. I go to work mostly without sleeping. I sleep when I get back, and sometimes I just don’t sleep at all until next day’s work. It really makes me jumpy and uneasy with all the high levels of caffeine in my blood stream. I try to take care of myself. Wash my oily skin more than three times a day. But I don’t do that. All I do is set around the screen, watching YouTube videos or streaming series. I hate myself. I try to pull it together at work, but I’m all fake, and it’s showing. I tell my boss that I’m going to get the work done by tomorrow, and a week passes and I did nothing about it. Now she doesn’t trust me anymore. I ruined my reputation. I desperately need some help. Please. I don’t know what to do with my messed-up life. I never see anything through, never commit to anything. Not even relationships or friendships. I am so lonely, and I need your advice. How can I have productive days like everyone else? How can I get some work done before my boss asks me to hand it in? What can I do to fix my broken life? And I need to know if there is anyone out there like me? Do you share my current situation?

    first of all, your weight. its caused by laziness. and that can effect your health greatly. and can get scary. you need to get up and work your life! me. i have 4 months till i can get insurance and till then im doing all i can to get healthy so nothing bad happens anymore than it already has. 1. i quit smoking 2. im eating better foods and cutting out junk completely 3. im doing little exercise[because i get sick if i do too much] 4. im preparing myself for the Hcg diet 5. im keeping myself busy with chores and activities and in the end. being healthy with change your attitude. truly it will, ive started and im happier already. be positive and keep going. dont give up!!!!! ps the computer stuff. there's no avoiding it. get rid of your internet. and its all solved. im in the process of getting my boyfriend to do that at our place. itll take him some convincing but once the Internets gone. EVERYTHING WILL BE BETTER!

I use to, used to be stuck to my computer screen watching stuff, playing stuff and ****! What I did was get anther hobby and stuck to it. I asked my friend to take my computer cable away so I couldn't go on it! Hoped I helped.
