Why am I burping randomly so much on an empty stomach?

Reason for burping or belching empty stomach?

I believe it is bcuz of bacterial over growth in ur stomach due to lack of acid or h pylori. Any comments or suggestions

Comes from the acid in your stomach. Having nothing to break down, it just boils (chemically) and if you are swallowing mucus from your nose as that doesn't go well with your stomach and needs to be diluted.. But it might also be something with what you ate last. Your stomach will produce acid as long as you eat regularly, normally. But if you have been starved for long periods of time, then your stomach will produce acid when it has been triggered.
