I walk weird (awkward gait) so i went to an orthopedic specialist and they said they couldnt help me. what now?

so i have a crappy walk, always have. so i told this to my doctor at Kaiser, i told him i walk weird and that my left foot turns sort inwards when i walk and if i'm sitting somewhere kinda high and let my feet dangle, notice my left foot is turned inward then too. i also told him that my back seems flat, whereas everyone else i notice has a curved spine that sticks out-my back is just flat. so he sent a referral so that i can see an orthopedic specialist in a different Kaiser permanente building. so i went to see this orthopedic specialist, and she took a look at my left foot and said that it does turn inward, but not enough to where it would be deemed abnormal, or to be called a "club foot". i was wearing an undershirt but she didnt even examine my back. she then had me walk down the hall and walk back so that she can examine how i walk, and afterward she said she didnt think i walked weird (im sure she was being nice, seeing as how many people told me i walk weird.) she said my x-rays did show i had a cleft palate (i might be remembering this wrong), or something wrong with my cleft palate-something like that, and she said this could cause some problems, such as back pain, and she asked me if i had back pain and i said no. she said my doctor sort of sent me to the wrong specialist because she mainly dealt with back pain issues. before she left she told me to work on my abdomen, and that i'd be fine ("i won't be fine" is what i thought then). so my question is, can working on my abdomen really help my back/posture and help with my odd walk(i should have asked at the time but i was too depressed to think clearly)? also, should i go back to my "home doctor" at the Kaiser in my town and tell him that the lady said she found nothing abnormal that would cause my bad walk? i heard walking weird could be a neurological problem, so should i tell him i may need to see a neurologist?

I have the same problem, but both my feet turn inward. They can only fix it when your a child. Your the only one who can fix it, just pay attention to your feet when you walk and force them to be straight and when you sleep make sure they're straight too. There's really nothing else you can do. I went to like 5 different doctors.
