2 days ago i had a mean stomach ache when i woke up, and then i had diarrhea (like, a lot lol) and i didn't eat like anything except crackers and ginger ale for the rest of the day. the past 2 days i was burping and having gas a lot, should i be worried? i mean, my stomach doesn't hurt but the burping happens after i'm eating

Answer:
It is possible that you are suffering from gas because your stomach is craving food. Crackers and ginger ale cannot sustain a person. Eat something, like pasta or rice. That should fix your right up.

It's because you're not getting a big variety of foods, and ginger ale plus crackers is not a good meal. Eat veggies, fruits, dairy, rice, and lean meat or beans.
I think the burping comes from the ginger ale because thats what ginger ale is for.
