What kind of bug bite is hard and swollen?

What kind of bug bite do I have?

• It started out looking like a mosquito bite, it was a normal size for a mosquito bite but it didn't itch. than about two-three days later I rubbed my hand over it and it stung. than if you touch it and kind of push on it, it hurts like a bruise. now about two more days later it has a red ring around it. and the bump isn't as defined but it looks sort of like a blister but it's not. and it still hurts when you push on it. what kind of bite could this be? and please only answer if you think you know what it is. thank you.

  It sounds like a spider bite. Unless you've been rummaging around old boxes or alot of old stuff.. you probably don't have to worry about is being a brown recluse or black widow. But, if you Have been rummaging around old stuff.. you may want to get to a doctor to see if its either of those, because those are deadly. Brown recluse spider bites can be painful. In addition to pain, these spider bites may cause burning and itching. Another characteristic finding is that the spider bite may look like a bull's eye, with a red ring around a white center that turns into an ulcer.
