What are the requirements for lab technician?

Can someone tell me the differnce in being a Medical Lab Technician and a Clinical Lab Technician?

  • I am getting ready to start a Clinical Lab Technician course which will provide me with an Associates Degree, however after doing a job search I see more Medical Lab Technicians rather than Clinical Lab Technicians. Can someone tell me the difference between the two and if I should choose Medical vs. Clinical? Thank you in advance!!
