How do I become a Medical Lab Technologist?

I will have bachelors degree in biology, and I want to know whats the next step in becoming a medical lab technologist. Do I have to earn another degree? Or do I do a special program? I know you have to be certified, to work? But what are the steps that I need to take to become certified? I would really appreciate it a fellow lab tech answered this question who knows the exact process I need to take. Thanks
