My little sister got elbowed in the nose on accident a week ago. Now every time she sneezes or anything her nose will bleed. Why is it?

Answer:
Did her nose bleed after the incident? If it did, then she is most likely knocking her scabs loose with the force from sneezing. You can't help when you sneeze, but she should avoid blowing her nose to let the scabs fully heal.

a blood vessel in her nose maybe broken. make sure she ices it. if it doesn't stop bleeding in a day or so, you should go see a doctor or get an xray.
