What force does the water exert on the man?

Is there any way to make it easier to drink a ton of water when you're not thirsty at all?

• Have you ever had to give a urine sample and not had "enough"? And so you had to sit there and drink like, 10 cups of water before you could try again? Haha. Well that's how it feels for me to drink anything at all.. effort-wise at least. It's taken a long time for me to even realize that I'm dehydrated most of the time due to not drinking enough water (due to my utter lack of thirst). I try to force myself to drink as much as possible, but when you have no physical desire to drink, you honestly just end up forgetting more times than not. And I just recently realized how much I really do forget to force some water down throughout the day because it's just so hard. Is this normal? What could cause a chronic lack of thirst? Is there anything I can do to make myself feel thirstier or to get water down more easily? I'd do anything for my body to tell me that it's thirsty so that I can respond to it with water, you know, like a normal person would. Buuut instead I feel like my mouth and throat just want to refuse every gulp of water I try to take even though my body is dehydrated because of it. And it's not because I don't like how water tastes (or it's "lack of taste" I guess is more correct), I know a lot of people can't stand to drink water by itself. But water is actually my favorite drink in the whole world, haha, which only makes it more strange? Who knows man. Any advice is greatly appreciated

  I understand with me takin Chemo it dehydrates me fast. It helps to eat popcicles and to eat jello
