Why am I so tired all the time?

  • I am always tired no matter what. I get at least 8-10 hrs a sleep a night. I thought it might have been low iron but got my Iron levels tested and they are fine. the other night i was driving back to my college campus from home around 6-8pm and about the last 15-20 mins of the 1h15min trip it takes me to get there my eyes felt really heavy and was really hard to keep them open. Ive had problems trying to keep them open before but not while driving. I'm wondering why im so tired. I've also been getting headaches on my right side of my head. I don't feel like i have a lot of energy in me. any suggestions to why im so tired. I can't stand being tired all the time.

  • Answer:

You might be sick, or it could be a side effect of some drug youre taking (prescription or not). Try getting around 14 hours of sleep per night on the weekends LOL that always makes you feel rested

You might be getting sick because I remember a kid in my class fell asleep because he got really sick! I think it hurts your kidneys or something. I can't remember what the sickness is called though.
