Can a Nurse Practitioner prescribe Zoloft?
-
I'm at college, and we have a nurse practitioner that comes in twice a week. I'm out of my prescription for zoloft. It is usually prescribed to me by a mental health place, but i can't get it from there anymore because my insurance won't pay for it. I called my family doctor, but he refuses to prescribe it to me. Can the nurse practitioner prescribe it for me? I live in Ohio if it matters.
