How do I get back into a normal sleeping pattern?
-
Well school is starting in 6 days for me and I have the worst sleeping pattern. I'll stay up till about 3 in the morning and then sleep in until 1. I could wake up earlier but every time I wake up I go back to sleep because I dream early in the morning and I like dreaming so I'll just sleep in really late so I can dream. Also, it's hard for me to go to sleep early because I sleep in so late and I don't get tired until really late at night. How do I get back to a normal sleeping pattern?

Answer:
When I get really stuck like that, I just force myself to stay awake through a reeeaaalllyyy long day. Like, you go to bed at 3? Don't. Stay up, and keep going, and don't sleep until like 6 pm. As a bonus, you'll have no trouble getting up early for school for a little while!
