Is it headache to be a landlord? Any bad experience?

Can a near death experience (no physical damage, just fear) Cause an acute headache and vomiting?

  • My friend turned left in front of oncoming traffic and then his car stalled. I was in the passenger seat looking out into what I figured my last moment on earth. Somehow nobody got hit, no one knows how either. We drive down a back road and my heart is racing and I'm on pure adrenaline. That's when I felt like I was going to throw up and my pulse slowed to 60 BPM... The worst headache of my life appeared and I felt like I was going to pass out... I then laid down and the pain subsided over the hour... What happened to me?

Stress can cause feelings. That is why people with anxiety or depression report stomach aches and headaches. Your mental health does affect your physical health- your whole body is connected.

The part where your heart started raising very fast is caused by adrenaline to keep you more alert (since you were faced in a situation that your brain has smartly classified as danger). After the "rush" subsides, your body will have used its energy reserves which will naturally cause you to be exhausted. The headache and slowed pulse, among many others, are the effects of this exhaustion. Your body will just need some rest and you should be alright. :)

It was your body's reaction to the rush of adrenaline and the intense fear you felt. You might want to mention this to your doctor at your next visit, though, just to get her or his opinion.
