I cant stop shaking my head/twitching?

I'm 13 and this has been happening for 2 weeks now and getting me frusturated. I don't want to go to the doctor because i really think its something i can stop on my own but i cant. Everytime i try to stay still and act normal i end up shaking my head like 3 times back and forth fast. It hurts my head and it gives me an headache. I really need help because i just cant stop this shaking!!! If u guys tell to just stop. I will try but i will still end up shaking it and it hurts.
