What can I do to stop excessive sweating?
-
I sweat so badly now that wearing normal deodorant does absolutely nothing to stop it, I stood in line to pay college fees today for about 25 minutes and afterwards you'd think I had run a marathon I was drenched in sweat my shirt was wet all over it's very embarrassing is there anything I can do? I don't even know why it's happening can changing diet help? I'm not fat but I don't eat as well as I probably could...

Answer:
Nervousness anxiety and stress are also prime factors that cause people to sweat. This can be both be influenced by your mood, your diet, some particular drugs and conditions and even your hormone levels. It is basically impossible to be able to define what normal sweating actually is,it is thus critical that you try to learn what is normal for you and this will help you to be able to pinpoint any unusual changes.

There are several factors that can cause excessive sweating, a condition medically referred to as Hyperhydrosis. This body issue is defined as an excessive and non-physiological amount of sweat produced by your body. The cause of hyperhydrosis is generally due to the overactive eccrine glands. These glands turned on when they should not be and can be really sever. There are two types of hyperhydrosis both of which may be inherited or in adolescence (well you are an adult already so this is not due to that). Fortunately, excessive sweating can be easily treated since there are a lot options you can choose from to treat hyperhydrosis. It varies from the cost, the medicines used and the method applied to the patient. Visit a dermatologist so you’ll be given proper advice regarding your problem. Hope this helps :)
Hello! Yes, to answer your questions: there is something you can do and changing your diet CAN help. This sweating is sometimes referred to as "hyperhidrosis". Whatever the terms, it is excessive sweating and there are a number of ways to cure it. Most do not work for a large percentage of the population. This includes surgery, botox injections, creams, etc. These are all expensive, time consuming and typically do not work I bought an ebook online that detailed the diet and exercise methods that can help eliminate excessive sweating. I would encourage you to buy a book (much cheaper than surgery) and test the methods. They work for most people and they are natural.
Excessive sweating could be a sign of a underlying disease. I suggest going to the gym and do your sweating there.
