you can try ross they have roca wear coats for 60 bucks i got mine at hollister the cheapest was $99 though...
Abercrombie and Fitch and Hollister have really cute ones, and though thhey are usually more than $70, they get reduced quite early in the season. Also, believe to or not, try ebay. There are $300 gorgeous north face coats for $70 on there, and buying from ebay is almost always safe. I've never had a problem. =D
