Winter jacket for short men?

Recommendations for affordable quality men's outerwear?

  • Before I left the Seattle area last spring, I bought what I thought was a quality item for brisk fall and winter days down here in the Arizona desert, a Columbia men's fleece lined jacket. I bought it at Fred Meyer's (unfortunate mistake. there are none here in the SW U.S.). I am sorely disappointed in this piece of merchandise and am going to write Columbia about it; hopefully getting some kind of adjustment or credit or something. But what are any recommendations out there for affordable quality outerwear for men? I am going to need to get a replacement for this jacket, and soon. I appreciate your help. Thank you ~ Walt
