Where to get neon shirts?

  • Hi My friend and i are making shirts for our soccer team. We want the shirts to be V-Neck t shirts with like bright neon colors. We want the back of the shirts to have a players name and number. We where wondering how to do this. We need to make 18 shirts. We also want to keep it pretty cheap as well. What would be easier as well to just get bright colors or get white shirts and tie dye the shirts or just buy tie dye shirts? Any Suggestions?? thanks
