How do I find my size for motocross boots?

Where can I find size 21 Combat Boots or just boots that are tan with Tread?

  are you sure thats not a typo. I would get in contact with Foot Locker or some other major chain of shoe stores. I know HiTec boots and Brama Commanders(Walmart) are great boots but I dont know if they get above 13. If you have the money and need a real heavy harcore boot Matterhorns are the greatest but $$$...
