Where's a good place to buy this kind of dress?

I'm in 8th grade and we're having a end of the year dance. The dance's theme is Mardi Gras. So my question is where is a good place to buy a party dress for a Mardi Gras theme party? I'm looking for a dress that looks formal or dress but one I can also dance in, like the dress ends around the knees. I can't buy it online since it's in 2 weeks so just name a store. Thanks!
