So i have semi coming up and i love this dress i saw in a movie!!..The Justin Bieber Never Say Never Movie (LOL) Miley Cyrus came on to sing -Overboard- and she was wearing a super cute little black dress with a belt and boots! I reaaallyy want a dress like hers..or the same one ;) Could you please help me find it.. i NEED it!! post links to the dress or look-a-likes :) your help is sooooo appreciated!! i cant find a picture anywhere.. buut im looking for a straplesss black dress for semi! ..nothing tackyy or tooooo sluttyy but im trying to look very mature
