i would say the best store is for what your looking for is hot topic. you can try hottopic.com for realy detailed ones or you can try zumiez, they have "street" hoodies too.

Pacific Sunwear, Anchor Blue, Journey's, Tilly's, Mervyn's. Just go to a mall and walk around. There are tons of guy stores that sell everything from hoodies to caps to shoes.
