Where can I find Classic Style (No Print) Plain Captoe Ostrich dress shoes?

I really want plain black captoe shoes with no design or print, similar to the ones Obama wears. I am really hard on my feet, so I always crease the dress shoes I wear. I realized that ostrich is a soft flexible leather and doesn't really crease. I have been looking all over for plain black ostrich captoe shoes with no design on them. Everywhere I looked, all the ostrich captoe shoes have ostrich designs on them, which I don't want. I want them plain classic captoe. Do you know where I can find a pair? Is there a website?
