Difference between textiles art and textiles design? Yearly income of Fashion designer and fashion writer?

• id like to go into fashion in the future, ive taken textile art for gcse as textiles design wasn't an option, ive also taken art & design. i'm in set 1 english and have got great grades before e.g practise past papers ive had A's and A*s and my teacher said id pass GCSE english coursework without a doubt so fashion writer would be a good option. id either like to go into fashion writing, fashion designing or something in the fashion industry! whats the yearly income of a fashion designer, writer etc? thanks.

  Incomes can vary - you don't become a millionaire fashion designer overnight ! Same with a fashion writer - don't think straight away you will be working at VOGUE. Fashion writer tends to be less however than a designer, a designer can be more stressful. To give you an estimation (but every job is different for whatever company) a editor of a magazine earns roughly £1 000 000 a year, so a fashion writer can be anything from £10 000 to £100 0000 :D
