Where can you buy a decent tall hoodie in Melbourne?

I want to buy a hoodie from Hot topic but it's a male hoodie...What size should I get?

I would prefer it be a little big when I wear it since I like to wear baggier hoodies but just not like HUGE on me. Ummm...maybe small. Not extra small, I would guess...Do you know of any Hot Topic stores near you? If you do, you should go there and try to find another similar jacket, and try it on, and find your size, and then buy this one online.
