How long does it take for an Aldo item to go on sale?

There's a purse I want from Aldo - the Cyphert - that I'd like to buy. http://www.aldoshoes.com/ca-eng/handbags/handheld-bags/product/81738989-cyphert/36 It's been in the store for about a month or a bit more. I'd like it now, but I'd like to save money and don't want to pay for it, take off the tags and see it in the outlet next week. Does anybody know what the markdown cycle is like for Aldo?
