Constant nausea and loss of appetite. Help?

Can someone please help me? I am not pregnant but have chronic nausea, fatigue, and loss of appetite?

  • I am 18 and not pregnant. I've been to the doctor and had blood tests, urine tests, sonogram and I've been to the ER. I had to drop out of high school and be in options. I've had been this way for over 7 months now and the doctors don't know what's wrong and the er didn't help. I also don't have insurance. I went to the beach a little bit before I started feeling this way. I'm not sure if it's a parasite or some other illness. Can someone please help me :(

    Are you unusually tan, especially places covered by clothing, or at your elbows, knees or ankles? This would point to Addison's Disease which is when your adrenal glands fail. Not all addison's are tan though. Somehow get an ER or lab to run a cortrosyn stimulation test. Saliva swabs are inaccurate. This can be a fatal condition if you don't get the proper medications quickly. Good Luck! Google Addison's Disease, or NADF.

if doctors dont know what is wrong what makes you think the general public would know anything? i say go to different doctors until they find what is wrong with you.

Get tested for Celiac disease. They never catch that one and all three of those are symptoms of celiac. Go here to learn more: http://www.celiac.com/articles/1106/1/Celiac-Disease-Symptoms/Page1.html get a referral to a gastroenterologist too asap! the screening for celiac is a simple blood test, the ER doc would not even think about this.
