How bad is arthritis pain?

I have this really bad pain on my elbow my mom has arthritis and she said it may be that any opinions yall?

it hurts really bad some days till the point where im walking around holding my arm and cant do anything with it but hold it and pain killers are not working i been working since i was 17 and im 29 now i had a lot of cashier jobs and maybe is a combination of using that arm to much and the fact that arthritis runs heavy in my family?
Answer:

a deficiency in the B-vitamins (vitamin B12, vitamin B6, vitamin B5, etc...). you might want to take a vitamin B-complex supplement (has all the B-vitamins in it). a deficiency in vitamin B6 causes arthritis... seriously, google to see for yourself!
