Swollen hands and feet?

My hands and feet are purple and swollen, What could it be?

• My hands and my feet especially have been very swollen, throbbing, purple and blue for the past few days. There has been absolutely no relief except for the pins and needles feeling is no longer constant it comes and goes. I went to the doctor yesterday, she gave me a shot of trodol(?) for the throbbing, and I had no relief. I went through another night of no sleep and today the throbbing is much worse, and everything is purple. I also have horrible migraines, but the pain from the throbbing of my ankles, feet and hands, makes the migraine seem like nothing. I have had this issue for years now, and it’s never been a big concern, but it is the worse it has ever been. I always thought it was due to my bulimia, but I have been in recovery and the circulation is worse than ever, I have also quit smoking. I am more active, I have been walking 3 times a week for the past 2

  go to the hospital like NOW. this could be any number of things and a t least you will get extensive tests and find out what it is. it could be dangerous to wait. i wouldnt. the pains in your head would really worry me and i wouldnt hesitate to get professional help.
