Why are my hands always cold ?

• Okay , my hands are ALWAYS cold , I mean they don't feel cold to me , but when I touch my tummy or back I shiver && get goosebumps , even in the hot weather they're cold , && other people always tell me "Dude your hands are like frozen" I'm fourteen , && nothing else is really wrong with me well that I know about , I'm like really stupid , but that doesn't have to do with anything , lmfao . My mom always has the same thing , && this happens to my feet too , but everything else is warm , I heard it could be genetic . My sister && dad dun got thiss , buhh I doo . && I been wondering fer a while what the eff is wrong with emm , I dun have small hands , so it's not the , "oh yhur not getting enough circulation there" && no they dun turn purple er white , they dun ache , nothing , just cold , && I rub them together && sh*t ,but after like two minutes they get cold again (: What the hell is going on ?   i have that too its so weird it might be due to a lack of exercise, (lack of circulation), but i kinda exercise so i guess not enough :S your genetic theory may be right, my family has cold hands and feet too weird...
