how do i get rid of this, it is so annoying ive had it for about 3 days and it wont go away, im thinking of going to a doctor..but are their any tips i am a boy and i am 13

The only answer I really have for you is that a lot of times when you get that ringing in your ears it is a sign that your ears are telling you they need a break. Try to stay away from loud music or loud places for a little while until that annoying ring goes away. I've had this happen to me plenty of times and it is nothing to worry about. If it persists for more than a week or so you might want to talk to your parents about setting up a doctor's appointment for you. But more than likely it is nothing. =)
