Shaking before lunch and bed?

  • On thursday, I started shaking before lunch. Not visibly, but I could feel my calves and hands shaking, almost vibrating because the shakes were quick and small....it happened again yesterday. I had eaten half a bagel for breakfast and had had pretzels two hours before the shaking. Then yesterday night at around midnight, the shaking started again. I had had a good dinner earlier, but I figured the shaking was from lack of food so I ate some crackers. It didn't stop, but I went to bed. I also have only been getting 5-7 hours of sleep each night at the most for about a week or two...what could the shaking be from?

  • Answer:

It could be from your diet are you eating enough carbs for energy? It can also be a sign of sleep deprivation, try to get a little more sleep and see if that helps otherwise if that don't work you might ought to see a doctor for it. They can do simple blood labs to rule out diabetes and anemia.
