Can you have PCOS without insulin resistance?

PCOS + insulin resistance?

  • I was diagnosed with PCOS a couple days ago, and my doctor is starting me on Metformin in March. I was wondering if there was any vitamins I could take to help with my insulin or help jump start my period. Any information on PCOS and insulin would be the greatest of help. Also anything about the new diet I should be on. Thank you

  • Answer:

Hey , dieting is hard, and I personnaly struggled with my weight for most of my adult life. One thing I learned is that all diets work. You just have to find the one that you can live with. So the most important thing is to look at various diets that interest you and give the one you like a try. But do not give up if its not for you. Just try another one. Eventually you will find the one that you like and will lose the weight. Good Luck
