Back and chest pains after food poisoning.

What has caused my mio pericarditis and how do I cure it? Why is there blood and protein in my urine?

• I am a 24 year old male. I got food poisoning, and two days later I had back and neck pains, then 3 days later I was rushed into hospital with chest pains. I was diagnosed with with mio pericarditis. The hospital said this was the result of a viral infection. But what Viral infection? And how do I cure it? There was also blood and protein in my urine when tested in hospital. It was still present in my urine today - two weeks and two days after I was rushed into hospital. Why is this? How do I get rid of this?
