Why do your eyes get crusty when you sleep?

How do i get rid of my dizziness when i go to go to sleep i almost get to sleep and i open my eyes?

  • the rooms spinning very fast i think its an inner ear problem but idk its getting worse and worse to the point im afraid to go to sleep how can i stop this from happening or at least ease it alittle. It happens only when i try to go to sleep and occasionally when i drive at night but its not as bad when i drive. please help:( (ive had cat scans and an MRI but according to them theres nothing wrong if anyone has any ideas tell me.)

    I agree with the other postee to get a referral for an ear, nose and throat (ent) dr. He or she may do further testing to find out if you have an inner ear disorder or such. For general information though Not in place of physical therapy or medical diagnosis -- Vestibulars Disorders Association: http://www.vestibular.org Edit: Please do Not try any exercises usually recommended for those with inner ear/dizziness issues as it may cause certain illnesses to worsen. Please only do so by a licensed PT or physician.
